Tennis Court Paint is a water-based coating designed to add colour and rejuvenate tennis court surfaces, providing a durable and anti-slip finish.

Can Tennis Court Paint be applied to any surface?

Tennis Court Paint can be applied to various surfaces, including concrete, wood, tarmac, asphalt, and metal.

Can I apply Tennis Court Paint over a previous floor surface?

If the previous paint is sound and well adhered to original substrate, yes, however we always recommend a test area first.

Do I need a primer with Tennis Court Paint?

We recommend priming the surface by thinning down the first coat 5% with water.

How should I prepare the surface before applying the paint?

Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before application.

We recommend jet washing tarmac prior to painting.

For concrete acid etching may be necessary to remove dust and laitance.

Moisture content of the concrete surface should be less than 14% prior to painting.

For previously painted surfaces, make sure to clean, abrade and remove all loose and flaking material.

How long does Tennis Court Paint take to dry?
Overcoat time is 6 hours, you can walk over the surface after 12 hours.

How many coats of Tennis Court Paint should I apply?
For the best durability and finish, it’s recommended to apply two coats.

What maintenance is required for Tennis Court Paint?
Regular sweeping and mopping with a non-abrasive cleaner will keep the floor looking good. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools, as these can damage the epoxy coating. Additionally, promptly clean up any spills to prevent staining.
